Gourmet Feasts

Carol’s lower Fairfield County Gourmet Feasts is a supper club that allows members to experience fine dining while honing their culinary skills at various levels.

Trained by skilled chefs, and greatly influenced by her father Henry Wei Wang (a former prominent California restauranteur), Carol has extensive knowledge in preparation and presentation. She can create the taste level to execute many dinners with evolving themes.

As a food club that is social in nature, singles and couples are welcome to join. Members have the opportunity to “host” an event. All participants select a dish of choice that they will prep, create, and present. Preparation for the menu items are done in advance and cooking may be done at home or on the premises.

To complete this event, a dress code is suggested. Cocktails, wine & dessert conclude these elaborate events. Join us for a fabulous time! Try a dinner with us!
